Our key principles
21st Century learning skills
We emphasize acquiring soft skills such as cooperation, creativity, communication, problem solving and critical thinking. We teach in connection with the use of project based and thematic methods that require the pupils own activity. We connect subjects content into the meaningful themes, we consider what knowledges will be requested for life in 21st century.
Bilingual environment
We build bilingual environment through teaching English as a second language and also using English on a daily basis during regular school activities. Using English is natural and students gradually switch from Czech to English.
Well-being
We believe that the overall well-being of students and teachers is crucial for quality teaching and inner motivation necessary for lifelong learning. Our pupils feel appreciated and experience success. Our environment is friendly and based on trust and good relationships.
Inspiring environment
We have built modern environment that contributes to greater activity of our students. The school offers conditions for the universal development of pupils, high-quality classromms, including specialized classrooms, modern technology and facilities, including room for play and leisure time. The school runs own eko-farm equipped with outdoor classrooms.
